Many Electricians tend to avoid smaller jobs. They are believed to be not worth the effort, but I am aware they make up most of a customer’s needs. D Durnan Electrical is happy to welcome smaller jobs, in fact, they make up most of our working day. We believe every job is worth the effort, no matter how small you may think it is. Don’t be afraid to call.
What is a small job?
A small job is typically something that takes up to an hour. So, something like replacing a light rose with a new pendant, changing a fuse or replacing a broken flood light. Or something a little more complicated like diagnosing a fault somewhere in your home. We believe these jobs are just as important as a large job like rewiring your home
How much do small jobs cost?
Here at D Durnan Electrical we run a “minimum charge” for small jobs. This will be our charge for anything that typically takes up to an hour. If the job is covered by our minimum charge, we will tell you and give you our free quote via email.
The Minimum charge is £85 + VAT. This will be a fixed rate for a “small job” We believe its very important that a customer understands exactly what they are expecting in terms of prices.
